Who We Are

We’re a U.S.-based developer with deep expertise across the complete project development cycle. We work closely with partners to build highly productive, grid-scale solar power, energy storage, and green hydrogen projects throughout North America.

Since our inception, we have signed nearly 6.3 gigawatts (GW) of power purchase agreements, have more than 8 GW of additional projects in the development pipeline, and have 0.8 GW of projects in the operation pipeline.

How We Work With Partners

As a project developer we are responsible for bringing multiple parties together to identify the best opportunities.

1Site Survey

We first evaluate the land to determine if it is a right fit for a renewable project, considering factors such as proximity to electric grid infrastructure, topography, and community and environmental impact.

2Land Acquisition

Once approved as a viable project location, we negotiate an “Option to Purchase” or an “Option to Lease” agreement with the landowner.

3Permitting

We work directly with local government and community leaders to obtain proper zoning approvals and permits, adjusting plans as needed to satisfy all project requirements.

4Project Development

After extensive and efficient analysis, design and approvals processes, our development team begins infrastructure construction. We work with the landowner to ensure optimal land use during and after project construction and minimal disruption to the property and surrounding community.

5Grid Connection

Upon project completion, our expert engineers connect the site to the power substation to allow the energy to flow. We remain a vital and easily accessible resource for the land owner even after project conclusion.
