Energy Solutions for
Data Center Development

With the backing of Hanwha Group, we have the resources and development experience to leverage innovative and sustainable energy solutions.

We Make Land Powerful

From cloud computing to AI, hyperscalers are challenged to source reliable energy at the scale they need, when they need it. We solve this problem by acquiring, developing, and bringing the best energy solutions to the site and making it suitable for data center development.

By adding power to raw land, our Energy Campus Infrastructure projects enable large data centers to scale dynamically and reliably to meet demand.

Strategic Land Locations

Our team of experts source optimal locations based on a variety of critical location factors to optimize that data centers are built on sites best suited for our partners.

Grid Connection

High-capacity grid interconnections support continuous and uninterrupted operations; they are engineered through our complex agreements with utility providers and meticulous grid planning.

Solar Innovation

We design expansive fields of solar panels to capture and generate electricity from sunlight as an alternative energy source.

Green Hydrogen

Using renewable energy, we split hydrogen from a water molecule, cool and liquefy it in order to use it for a clean power source option.

Natural Gas

Natural gas serves as a strategic bridge in our energy portfolio, providing dependable, scalable power today while paving the way for green hydrogen integration and future carbon reduction at scale.

Development-focused Experience

Our leadership team brings decades of data center experience from hyperscale leaders like Google, AWS, and Microsoft. We work directly with hyperscalers, colocation providers, build-to-suit developers, and others across the energy value chain. As seasoned industry professionals, we know where to be — and when — to deliver energy where it’s needed most. Critically, we start by understanding each customer’s specific power requirements and preferred energy mix, then work backwards to develop tailored solutions that balance reliability, sustainability, and cost.

Energy Solutions & Infrastructure Meet Sustainability

Sustainable energy is the foundation for responsible data center growth. As these facilities power AI, cloud computing, and digital infrastructure, their energy demand is surging, as is the need for cleaner, more resilient solutions.

174 Power Global partners with data centers to reduce their carbon footprint through integrated solar, wind, and green hydrogen projects, while also ensuring long-term power reliability. Backed by Hanwha Group, we bring global innovation to every project, including advanced battery energy storage systems (BESS) and ongoing technology leadership in Seoul. Our Atlas Energy project — one of the largest solar + BESS initiatives in the U.S. — represents what’s possible when scale meets sustainability.
