Joo Yoon

Chief Executive Officer 

Joo has over 30 years of experience with Hanwha Group, specializing in overseas development projects, solar system sales in Japan, global sales strategy, and leading global solar module and system sales and marketing. With more than a decade in the renewable energy sector, he has developed deep industry expertise. Most recently, as President of Hanwha Japan, he led the company to become the residential solar market share leader in Japan. Joo holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering and has played a key role in driving Hanwha’s global success in the renewable energy sector.  

Chang Yeon Kim

Chief Financial Officer – Hanwha Energy USA Holdings

Chang Yeon Kim brings over 25 years of financial leadership experience across multiple affiliates within the Hanwha Group, including Hanwha Solution Corp. and Hanwha Energy Corp. Throughout his career, he has specialized in corporate finance, accounting, restructuring, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions, focusing on capital structuring and transaction execution for large-scale investments. As Chief Financial Officer of Hanwha Energy USA Holdings, Chang Yeon oversees the company’s financial strategy, capital management, and investment planning to support sustainable growth across its U.S. operations. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Sogang University.

AJ Ahn

Chief Financial Officer

AJ brings over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance, spanning 7 years with Big 4 accounting firms, 3 years in a public company, and more than a decade in the renewable energy sector. Most recently, AJ served as the Chief Financial Officer at Q CELLS USA, where he led the corporate finance and planning department. AJ is a CPA and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Korea University.

Jihyun Kim

Chief Commercial Officer

Jihyun joins Team 174PG as its Chief Commercial Officer. For the past seven years, he has led commercial efforts at QCells to support its rapid growth in the U.S. and prior to coming to the U.S. he worked at Hanwha Group HQ and various Hanwha affiliates. Jihyun earned an MBA from The University of Chicago School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications from Korea University.

Ik Pyo (IP) Kim

Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Kim has more than 25 years of experience in leadership roles. He has held a number of executive roles within Hanwha Group across IPP development, power retail business, downstream solar and real estate development and investments. His career spans the globe from the U.S. to Korea, Asia, and Europe. With an exceptional track record of leadership and a deep understanding of our industry, Mr. Kim brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our organization.

In Kyu Park

Chief Executive Officer, Chariot Energy

In Kyu joined Chariot Energy to take the helm of CEO in October 2022. He’s no stranger to Hanwha, having been with the company since 2010 in multiple positions in M&A, purchasing, planning and strategy and human resources. In Kyu is proud to now call Houston home after recently moving to the Lone Star State from South Korea with his wife and baby daughter.

Jason Branch

Chief Human Resources Officer 

Jason brings 25 years of human resources experience in the energy industry, including the largest publicly traded oil & gas company in the U.S. In 2024, Jason led the HR transition and integration team for the $65B merger of ExxonMobil and Pioneer Natural Resources, and following the merger close was named the Executive Vice President of Human Resources for Pioneer. Jason holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Baylor University and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Texas A&M University. 

Jay Jung

Head of Corporate Planning

Jay brings over 20 years of experience in strategy, investment, and operations across the global energy and infrastructure sectors. In 2022, he transitioned from Hanwha’s European operations to the U.S. and performed M&A and business growth efforts for Hanwha’s solar expansion. In 2024, Jay was appointed Executive Vice President for Hanwha Qcells USA, where he oversees corporate planning, performance, and transformation. Jay holds a B.B.A. from Seoul National University.

Dan Judge

General Counsel
Dan joined 174 Power Global in November 2023. He has worked in infrastructure development and finance for over 30 years. Prior to 174, Dan spent 15 years as general counsel at three different utility scale solar/storage development companies, supporting financing, contracting, and development issues relating to some of the world’s largest solar projects. Dan has a bachelor’s degree from Stanford and a law degree from the University of California at Berkeley.

Krishnan Kasiviswanathan

Chief Risk Officer, Chariot Energy

Krishnan Kasiviswanathan brings 25+ years of energy risk management and trading experience to the team. Krishnan has held various leadership roles with a variety of different energy companies. Such roles were Chief Innovation Officer and Chief Commercial Officer before moving to Chief Risk Officer and VP of Commercial Operations. He has an MBA and a Master of Science from the University of Connecticut.

Mohsin Khoja

Chief operating officer, Chariot Energy

Mohsin Khoja is the Chief Operating Officer of Chariot Energy. As a serial entrepreneur, he founded one of the first independent retail electricity providers in Texas, but has also run a corporate division with four hundred employees and a billion dollars in revenues. He is super excited to lead the charge of bringing truly sustainable but amazingly affordable energy to Texans.

Sajjad Mussani

Chief Information Officer

Sajjad joined the 174 Power Global family in 2019 as the Chief Information Officer. He is a proven technology leader with 20+ years of experience in the industry. He brings his entrepreneurial vision and advanced technical and business knowledge to deliver consistent positive business outcomes. Sajjad is a meticulous problem solver and excellent at directing multiple initiatives within highly mission-critical technology platforms.
