Prior to joining 174 Power Global, Sang Chull served as CEO of Q Energy, a European renewable development arm of Hanwha Solutions located in Berlin, Germany, that accumulated 15 GW of pipelines. As CSO, he responsible for sell-down & project finance, strategy, legal, asset management and project administration to maximize the value of business.

AJ brings two decades of experience in accounting and finance including 7 years with Big 4 accounting firms, 3 years with a public company, and 10 years in the solar industry. Most recently, AJ was leading the corporate finance and planning department at Q CELLS USA as Chief Financial Officer. AJ is a CPA with a B.A. in Business Administration from Korea University.

Dan joined 174 Power Global in November 2023. He has worked in infrastructure development and finance for over 30 years. Prior to 174, Dan spent 15 years as general counsel at three different utility scale solar/storage development companies, supporting financing, contracting, and development issues relating to some of the world’s largest solar projects. Dan has a bachelor’s degree from Stanford and a law degree from the University of California at Berkeley.

Bobby joined 174 Power Global in 2023 as the Senior Vice President, Human Resources. Bobby brings over 22 years of global HR experience to the company with a strong emphasis in HR strategy, talent development and organizational design & change management. He has worked in several different industries throughout his career, including manufacturing, aerospace, mortgage and real estate. Bobby is a California native and graduated from Cal State University, Long Beach.

Yumi Son serves as Vice President for 174 Power Global. She brings over 20 years of professional experience in HR, Business Administration, and IT Operations in chemical, biotechnology, and healthcare organizations at start-up to large size companies. She holds an MScBA Management in Information Systems (MIS) from the University of Applied Sciences Switzerland (HES-SO) and BSc in Business Administration in Accounting from San Francisco State University.

Cliff joined the 174 Power Global team in August 2023 to head up development for the company’s rapidly growing pipeline. As an Ohio native and graduate of Ohio University, Cliff joined the Air Force where he held several titles, including before joining NextEra where he helped take NextEra Partners public on the NY Stock Exchange. Prior to joining 174, Cliff oversaw a 150-person team at EDF as Senior Vice President of Development.

In Kyu joined Chariot Energy to take the helm of CEO in October 2022. He’s no stranger to Hanwha, having been with the company since 2010 in multiple positions in M&A, purchasing, planning and strategy and human resources. In Kyu is proud to now call Houston home after recently moving to the Lone Star State from South Korea with his wife and baby daughter.

Sajjad joined the 174 Power Global family in 2019 as the Chief Information Officer. He is a proven technology leader with 20+ years of experience in the industry. He brings his entrepreneurial vision and advanced technical and business knowledge to deliver consistent positive business outcomes. Sajjad is a meticulous problem solver and excellent at directing multiple initiatives within highly mission-critical technology platforms.

Betsey is currently responsible for siting, permitting, and environmental assessment with general oversight of the company’s solar project portfolio of over 1,000MW in the US. She holds a B.A. from Stanford University and a MESM from the Bren School of Environmental Science and Management at the University of California – Santa Barbara.

Hao brings an extensive background in finance across M&A advisory, corporate development, and corporate treasury management. Hao joined Hanwha in 2011 and has held several positions before joining 174 Power Global. Hao is a Chartered Financial Analyst with an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University.

As Chief Legal Officer, Carolyn has over 18 years of experience in corporate, M&A, venture capital, and litigation areas of law. Previously in charge of legal and regulatory affairs for various Hanwha divisions, she holds a B.A. in Political Science and M.A. in Sociology from Stanford and a J.D. from Cornell Law School.

Henry has over 20 years of executive leadership and has been instrumental in leading the growth of 174 Power Global from the start-up stage to industry leader. Henry has authored numerous publications and was awarded four U.S. patents. He holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Ph.D. in Engineering from the University of Washington.

Larry brings over 26 years of experience in energy business development with the last 14 in renewable energy. He has developed a 1.2 GW project pipeline for 174 Power Global in the US. Larry holds an M.S. in Geology from University of California, Davis, and an MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management.

Doyeop brings over 10 years of leadership across various business planning and strategy positions with 174 Power Global, Hanwha QCELLS, Hanwha Energy, and Siemens. Doyeop received his B.A. from Northwestern University.

Brian Quinn recently joined 174 Power Global as senior director of engineering and brings over twenty years of international experience in clean energy and power generation systems. He has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, and an M.S. in Energy from Cranfield University.

Shane Kim is an accomplished and proven leader with more than 25 years of experience in the chemical and renewable energy sector. His extensive business knowledge and wide range of experience fuels his leadership ability to create a collaborative team culture, manage challenges strategically and implement solutions with a clear vision and direction. Prior to joining 174 Power Global, Mr. Kim has held several other key leadership positions at Hanwha, most notably Hanwha Chemical, Hanwha Solutions / QCELLs, and Hanwha Energy.
